Nama-Miso wird als Goldstandard unter den besten Miso-Sorten bezeichnet (“Nama” heisst in Japan roh, unpasteurisiert).
Sein Geschmack ist unübertroffen.
Um die lebendigen Eigenschaften des sehr sorgfältig hergestellten
Nama-BioMiso zu bewahren, transportiert es SOYANA gekühlt nach Europa, da bei der zweimaligen Durchquerung des Äquators die Temperaturen in normalen Containern 60°C und mehr erreichen.

Verwendung: Täglich ein Teelöffel (ca. 6 g) SOYANA-Nama-BioGersten-Miso schenkt Salaten, grünen Shakes, Suppen, Saucen und Aufstrichen herzhaften Geschmack. Unerhitzt gibt es den KonsumentInnen aktive Enzyme und in langer Tradition bewährte Mikroorganismen.
Tip: Ein drittel Teelöffel voll in ein grünes Blatt einrollen
und in den Mund schieben.
Empfehlung: In Rohkost-Lebensmitteln verwenden (bis 45°C warm), um die Mikroorganismen und Enzyme zur natürlichen Verdauungsförderung einzubringen.
