Die KULAU Bio-Algen-Bouillon ist keine gewöhnliche Gemüsebrühe. Sie ist eine schmackhafte Mischung aus hochwertigem Gemüse, Superfoods, Kräutern und Algen. Dabei kommt sie ohne Hefeextrakt, Gluten und jegliche Zusatzstoffe aus. Darüber hinaus weist sie im Vergleich zu handelsüblichen Bio-Gemüsebrühen einen deutlich höheren Gemüseanteil auf.

Herkunft und Qualität

Die enthaltenen Wakame-Algen stammen von der spanischen Atlantikküste und werden sorgfältig per Hand geerntet. Dabei werden nur die besten Algen gepflückt, schonend unter 42 °C getrocknet und anschließend zu Flocken zerkleinert. So findet das bio-zertifizierte Meeresgemüse seinen Weg in die KULAU Bio-Algen-Bouillon. Das enthaltene Gemüse und die Kräuter stammen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau und wurden sorgfältig aufeinander abgestimmt. Superfood-Gemüsesorten wie Grünkohl, Brokkoli und Spinat ergänzen Klassiker wie Lauch, Pastinake, Karotte, Wirsing und Tomate. Durch die hinzugefügten Kräuter, darunter Kurkuma, Muskatnuss und Pfeffer, entsteht eine schmackhafte Basis für Suppen, Saucen und Aufläufe.
