Nach alter japanischer Tradition in hölzernen Gefäßen während zwei Sommern durch natürliche Milchsäuregärung gereift, nicht pasteurisiert, gekühlt nach Deutschland transportiert - einzigartiges volles und harmonisches Aroma - rein pflanzlich, glutenfrei, ohne Glutamatzusatz

Herstellung: Die natürlichen Zutaten werden nach dem Kochen mit Koji geimpft, in Zedernholzfässern fermentiert und ohne weitere Erwärmung während mind. zwei Sommern gereift.
Nama-Tamari wird als Goldstandard unter den besten Tamari-Sorten bezeichnet (“Nama” heisst in Japan roh, unpasteurisiert). Sein Geschmack ist unübertroffen.
Um die lebendigen Eigenschaften des sehr sorgfältig hergestellten
Nama-BioTamari zu bewahren, transportiert es SOYANA gekühlt nach Europa, da bei der zweimaligen Durchquerung des Äquators die Temperaturen in normalen Containern 60°C und mehr erreichen.

Verwendung: Täglich ein Teelöffel (ca. 6g) SOYANA-Nama-BioTamari schenkt Salaten, grünen Shakes, Suppen, Saucen und Aufstrichen herzhaften Geschmack. Unerhitzt gibt es den KonsumentInnen aktive Enzyme und in langer Tradition bewährte Mikroorganismen.

Zur Beachtung: Kühl aufbewahren. Durch längere Wärme von über 15°C kann die natürliche Fermentation im nicht pasteurisierten Tamari so stark werden, dass weisse Pilze auf dem Tamari wachsen. Diese weissen Pilze sind Lebensmittel und können ohne weiteres mit dem Tamari konsumiert werden. Sie sind sogar ein Qualitäts- Zeichen. Nur wenn andersfarbige Pilze erscheinen sollten, wäre das Tamari nicht mehr für den Verzehr geeignet.
