Es schmeckt angenehm nussig mild und zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Anteil an ungesättigten Fettsäuren aus, die das Hanföl als einziges Pflanzenöl in optimal bekömmlicher Zusammensetzung enthält. Hanföl ist cholesterinfrei. Hanföl ist für die vollwertige kalte Küche unentbehrlich. Für starkes Erhitzen (Braten, Frittieren) ist es nicht geeignet.
