Die Miswak ist eine Wurzel des sogenannten -Zahnbürstenbaumes- (Salvadora Persica). Seit Jahrtausenden wird sie in arabischen Ländern zur natürlichen Zahnreinigung verwendet und ist damit die älteste Form einer Zahnbürste. Das Holz enthält von Natur aus Fluoriden, Tannine, Saponine, Vitamin C, Flavonoide, Silizium, Calcium und Kalium. Diese Inhaltsstoffe können sehr wirksam in der Mundhygiene und förderlich für die Zahngesundheit sein. Der absolute Geheimtipp für gesunde weiße Zähne. Länge der Wurzel ca 16cm.

Anwendung
Entferne ca. 1 cm Rinde und reinige die erntefrische Miswak unter fließendem Wasser. Kaue anschließend auf der Spitze bis Du die Miswak wie eine Art Bürste verwenden kannst. Jetzt kannst Du mit der Zahnreinigung beginnen. Bitte putze jeden Zahn einzeln und sanft, ohne viel Druck sowie stets vom Zahnfleisch weg. Mit der Zungenspitze kannst Du fühlen, ob die Zähne glatt und sauber sind. Abbrechende Holzfasern bitte ausspucken. Nach Gebrauch trocknen lassen. Sollte die Reinigungswirkung nachlassen, muss die Miswak gekürzt und neu aufgekaut werden.
