Unser Pink Power Kraut ist ein Mix aus Weißkohl und Rotkohl mit einem Knöllchen Ingwer für extra Frische. Bio-Knoblauch in Zusammenarbeit mit ein paar Messerspitzen Koriander sorgen für den einzigartigen Geschmack.

Würzig süß und lebendig passt es zu eigentlich jeder Mahlzeit! Wild fermentiert, ohne Zusatzstoffe und nicht pasteurisiert liefert dir unser gutes Pink Power Kraut nicht nur eine Menge Vitalstoffe, sondern auch ordentlich probiotische Power. Perfekt als Beilage zu allerlei Gerichten oder auch zum puren Genuss. Am besten kalt genießen.

Nix Zusätze, Chemie oder Zuckerzeug. Unseren Kultur Krauts wurden keine Konservierungsstoffe, Geschmacksverstärker oder Stabilisatoren zugefügt. Haltbar nur durch die Kraft der Natur.

VOLLES LEBEN

Raw drin. Deckel drauf. Wir verzichten auf Pasteurisierung. So bleiben alle Vitalstoffe und Mikroorganismen am Leben.

Kultur steckt nicht nur in unseren lebendigen Produkten. Auch im Unternehmen. Unsere Firmenphilosophie ist Fairplay: der Umwelt, unseren Kunden, Lieferanten und der fairment-Familie zuliebe.

Bei fairment sind wir zu neunt - ein vielfältiger, lebendiger Haufen. Von Anfang an kooperieren wir mit den Delphin-Werktstätten: Einer Berliner Einrichtung für Menschen mit Handicap. Gemeinsam mit Mitarbeitern mit Behinderung brauen, befüllen und packen wir die fairment Pakete.

"Fair" tragen wir nicht nur im Namen. Wir leben und erleben es jeden Tag.

ENTHÄLT SPUREN VON GUTEM GEWISSEN.

Das Leben ist bunt. Genau wie fairment und unsere Produkte. Fermentiertes ist gut verträglich. Auch für die Umwelt. Unsere Verpackungen und Produktionsprozesse sind nachhaltig und umweltschonend. In unserem Shop ist alles möglichst fair gehandelt und meist bio oder vegan. Wir verzichten auf Plastik wo wir können. Das kannst du mit unseren Produkten ab jetzt auch viel besser.
